⊥Late Cancellations / No Show Fees
TILBURY - ZEEBRUGGE SERVICE:
Please be aware that a 100% late cancellation fee will apply to all cancellations made after midday for bookings on evening departures of the same day along with cancellations made after 14:00hrs for bookings on the following day morning departures. Weekend departures must be cancelled no later than 14:00hrs on the preceding Friday. This charge will also apply if the booked vehicle does not arrive for shipment. Charges will be at the full freight rate but will not include surcharges.
HULL - EUROPOORT & TILBURY - EUROPOORT SERVICE:
Please be aware that set fees are in place for late cancellations and no shows for self drive bookings. Please ensure we are informed of cancellations/no shows at least 30 minutes before published sailing time, to avoid being charged.DOVER - CALAIS / HULL - EUROPOORT DANGEROUS GOODS CLASS 7:
Due to the cost require to insure the shipment, any bookings of Class 7 Dangerous Goods will not have the Class 7 surcharge refunded if the crossing is not used/cancelled.
